🤔 What size should I order?

Small is the clamshell container in the default product image (1.5 - 4 oz. of microgreens depending on the product). It can garnish, for example, 6 sandwiches or 1 large salad.

Full Tray is a full 10x20 inch tray, which is the common size of a microgreen grow. A full tray is at least five times larger than a small – making this option the lowest cost per ounce. The full tray option may be delivered in soil, or cut and packaged, for the same price.
🧺 How do I purchase microgreens?
Select your favorite microgreen varieties and click "Add to basket" for one-time purchases. You may also choose the weekly subscription option if you would like fresh greens delivered to you on a weekly basis (saves 15%).
🚚 How do delivery and pickup work?
We hand deliver locally to New York City (5 boroughs) and Westchester County upon harvest every Monday and Thursday, year-round. There is a small delivery fee, however, we offer free delivery for purchases over $60. Depending on your location and size of the order, we may be able to accommodate a different delivery day - please contact us to coordinate.
We also offer free pickup at our farm in Park Slope, Brooklyn, on Tuesday, 6-7 pm.
🌱 Where are the microgreens grown?
Our microgreens are grown on an urban farm in Brooklyn, NYC, and delivered to you within 24 hours of harvest.
🥗 How long do microgreens last?
Microgreens stored in the refrigerator can last 6 - 10 days, but please use your own judgment before consuming greens more than one week old. Fresh microgreens will always be rich in color and flavor, and have a relatively crisp bite.
