About Us

Ecobay Farms is an urban farm based in Brooklyn, New York that grows and delivers organic, non-GMO microgreens and other edible products to customers, restaurants, and cafes within 24 hours after harvesting.

 

Our mission is to provide you with the healthiest, freshest, and tastiest product on the market. Our methods are deeply rooted in sustainable agriculture. We are focused on improving the health of our customers and our environment.

To ensure the ultimate freshness and quality of our produce, we currently deliver in the Greater New York City area only. We also offer in-store pickup on Tuesdays from 6 pm - 7 pm (other pickup days available upon request).

These mini vegetables are the perfect garnish for many of your favorite foods. They are packed with flavor very similar to that of the fully matured plant. Microgreens are most commonly used in salads, sandwiches, juices, and smoothies. Or you can get creative and add them to your specialty dish!

Microgreens and sprouts are grown more sustainably compared to conventional agriculture practices. They use minimal water, need no fertilizer or pesticides, and use less land through vertical farming. Our growing trays are reused and our soil is composted. Our weekly subscription containers are washed and reused to reduce plastic waste. We deliver from farm straight to your door to minimize carbon emissions in transportation. As we continue to grow, our aim is to ultimately become carbon neutral.
