Ecobay Farms is a boutique urban farm in Park Slope, Brooklyn, growing specialty microgreens, edible flowers and seasonal produce for restaurants and homes across New York City and Westchester.
We grow locally and harvest to order, allowing our produce to travel from farm to kitchen at peak freshness—often within 24 hours of harvest.
Our approach is simple: grow exceptional food close to the people who eat it. We use sustainable growing practices, non-GMO seeds and no pesticides, with a focus on quality, flavor and minimizing waste.

We also offer free curbside pickup at our farm in Park Slope, Brooklyn. 🌱 Where are the microgreens grown? Our microgreens are grown on an urban farm in Brooklyn, NYC, and delivered to you within 24 hours of harvest. 🥗 How long do microgreens last? Microgreens stored in the refrigerator can last 6 - 10 days, but please use your own judgment before consuming greens more than one week old. Fresh microgreens will always be rich in color and flavor, and have a relatively crisp bite.
